Halogen-free blister packaging for oral solid dose products based on polypropylene, which is used as a pharmacopoeia-compliant and recyclable alternative to PVC/PVdC systems.

As a mono-solution for the polyolefin recycling stream, which is widely used worldwide, the blister film meets the strictly regulated and specific requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The PP top and lidding film, that are produced in a unique coextrusion process, offer optimum barrier properties, are characterized by good processability on existing packaging lines and impress with high flexibility thanks to its wide range of thicknesses.
