Flexible and yet sturdy: the path-breaking solutions by SÜDPACK MEDICA on polyethylene basis for process containers for the production of monoclonal antibodies and vaccines fulfill high physical, mechanical and chemical standards. The contact layer, which has been tested for reproducible cell growth, has proven its good sealability for bag and reactor production. In combination with a stabilizing component, containers for complete upstream and downstream as well as logistical processes can also be realized for low temperatures. This permits the production of components from laboratory standards, right up to large-scale series.
In the segment process packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, we at SÜDPACK MEDICA offer a wide spectrum of high-quality bag systems which fulfill very different requirements. Production is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements for the GMP-compliant production of primary packaging (DIN EN ISO 15378).
