SÜDPACK MEDICA utilizes ultra-modern production equipment based on a quality management system certified in accordance with EN ISO 13485 and 15378. This allows us to react rapidly to customer requirements, however individual or flexible these may be.
UV radiation, gases or humidity – sensitive products require maximum protection against environmental influences.
The high barrier bags by SÜDPACK MEDICA fulfill all of these requirements and are also particularly easy to open. Due to the different material combinations and integrated functionalities of our films, we can improve packaging with regard to convenience and performance for users in their hectic everyday working lives. For example, we can achieve this through high puncture resistances for sharp-edged products, or through an optional full barrier for particularly sensitive filling goods.

Tyvek®-film combinations are particularly puncture and humidity resistant, and therefore especially suitable for packaging sharp-edged and also heavy products. For the perfect packaging result, we can provide intelligent combinations for our three sides sealed pouches, featuring various films on the rear side, and coated or uncoated Tyvek® material from our wide range on the front side. Optimally-aligned barrier properties ensure maximum product safety, and easy peel characteristics and opening aids enable the sterile removal of products.
